And you got a tremendous price for the house...2% more than average in my neighborhood for a house that is 15% smaller than average. I was absolutely thrilled with your results particularly after listing with another national real estate franchise in Pickerington for six months without a successful sale.

 Your marketing methods are, hands down the best in the business. Your detailed market appraisal, your comprehensive property report featuring special market analysis, best buys and reviews of MLS listings, your comprehensive advertising strategy, and your "professional staging" of my near empty house sold the house in record time....having the house appeal visually along with the soft music in the family room, fresh flowers & cinnamon rolls/cookies in the kitchen and the various scents in the different rooms. The house never looked and smelled so good! And, your extra services set you apart from all other realtors. You earned every penny that I paid you at closing. Neighbors and friends were astounded at the "full-line" of services you provided from grass cutting to staging the house with rented furniture to dealing with plumbers and others during the inspection and remedy process. Being out of town, I so very much appreciated your extra services.

Finally, I am grateful that you made me very, very proud of the fine house that we built and raised our three sons in for 15 years.
